He provided executive oversight for three distinct business units: the Post of Kosovo, Vala mobile telephony, and the fixed telephony, internet, and IPTV division. During this tenure, he drove key strategic outcomes, including the successful execution of the corporate Business Plan for 2012-2019, the strategic spin-off of the Post unit into a new public company, and the critical implementation of 3G and 4G mobile technologies, positioning the company at the forefront of the nation's digital transformation.

Mr. Qerimi’s expertise in high-level project management is further evidenced by his role as Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) at IPKO Telecommunications. As CEO, he managed an organization of 45 staff, oversaw a complex project portfolio, and coordinated member activities across seven regional offices.
